iPhone app store started a month or two back and I have the privelege of already having my apps in the store. I have options of selling the apps for a fee or giving it away for free. I have 2 apps which will go to the store this week and am charging a fee for the app. Alternatively I am thinking of giving off the app free but have ads on the app. iPhones are connected to the internet and safari is great in displaying websites, so your website or service is just one click away. Also on the plate are brand building. An example is my trivia app can have your questions advertising or related to your service. For example, Which is the most popular cola in the world ? Well users have to think about it and answer it. This few seconds of thinking is something which is not easy to achieve through traditional advertising. I have apps of various kinds coming up.
