I am not here just for a business,But to accomplish my DREAM project.....I am really thinking of this project for last 2 year and is just only in papers bcos i have no money to invest,Only thing i can invest is my time and my effort.

well, if it's a dream project with no risk (only gains) - then why not apply for a loan? I personally would first "test the waters" before diving though...
But mate, untill and unless you share that with board or member, no body will come to you. We are not asking the complete business plan, just brief idea about that. We can be good partners....
