Unique hosting website needed

Hi I am looking to purchase a good unique webhosting design. I already have my own domain name. Need the website for hostgator reseller. Some of the things I need include:
1. WHMCS integration
2. Ability to pay via paypal
3. Ability to register domain names via enom

I was going to make a reseller website a day before, but now I have changed my mind. Becoming a reseller is a bit risky, isn't it?
