Ive got a hosting company and we need a makeover, we dont have a very big budget so we need keep it as cheap as possible anything $30 and below would be fine, i know thats pretty cheap for a design but its all we got to spend. We need someone who is experienced in this sort of area and knows how to be creative since we dont have many ideas so it will be kinda you making it up.
