Selling Unique Health Site - Great Design + Great Domain = Huge Potential!

I initially made this site for work but that's over now and I no longer need it. Basically, it's a health site focusing on three main types of people - kids, teens and parents.

I have yet to touch it in terms of promotion, but quite a bit of money can be made via parking and/or advertising sales/affiliate health sales which as you know is a multi billion, if not trillion dollar industry.

At the moment it receives a little over 100 uniques per month, but I will personally run an extensive advertising campaign for whoever ends up buying it. This will include a 5000 backlink package a free blog (auto or otherwise), amongst a plethora of other things.

Additionally, I scored the domain a few months back for a pretty decent price. It is quite memorable and reiterates the concept behind the website well.
