    The website is built with WordPress and I have created a unique theme for it that I will never use or resell again.

    There are 10 unique handwritten articles included with the site that I will never use or resell. The total word count is over 4,500 words.

    I have added several plugins, including the All in One SEO plugin to help with search engine rankings.

    If you choose to leave the site the way it is, it is setup to make money from Adsense and two affiliate banners from Commission Junction.

    The domain is at GoDaddy and I will do a free push to your GoDaddy account.

    The site is new, so you can assume that there is no traffic. However, the site has been indexed by Google.

    I will only accept PayPal for the site. If you do not have the funds or a PayPal account, please do not bid.

    Starting bid: $50
    Increments: $10
    BIN: $150
    Ends: 3 days after the first bid, or with the BIN payment
