Selling Unique Hand Coded Community ASP Site w/ Hosting

Looking to sell a site I recently acquired and cleaned up - runs perfectly and is ready for some intense adsense and banner ad sales. A community meeting and thought provoking site with a meticulous script hand made and fully functional. Comes with domain, 2 months of hosting (I pay $4.99 per month for IIs) on godaddy - Upon payment I simply hand you the username and password and walk away - extremely simple - no muss no fuss!

The site has a little bit of traffic and of course it fell a bit when I was rebuilding it - and I think with a little TLC it will be back to a great spot. A lot of time and code went into this system and is truly one of a kind. I am therefore starting the bid at $250 - and will let it run for 72 hours. If after 72 hours the bid is reasonable I will then sell. My BIN is $800 -

Lets not go into detail about providing screenshots of adsense revenue or UV's - lets pretend this is ultra new and no one has ever seen it (although there are 80+ members)
