Unique gaming / arcade web site

I am selling Prazzy.com to the highest bidder as I need the money right now and havn't got the time needed to make this site as big as I think it can become. The site was created a while ago and has been active since Aug 06.

Basically the site is a new spin on the much saturated gaming / arcade flash type site. The difference with Prazzy is the community element. Basically this site is an attempt to involve the developers of flash games. The incentive for these developers is $0.25 per 1000 unique views of any game or movie they add and gets approved. Paypal is used for paying developers when they reach $50.

This site is custom coded throughout and contains a user admin for the flash developers that allows them to upload there games and files for submission and a top level admin area used to administrate all games, comments and everything else that is viewable on the front end.

The site is fully seo'd containing seo freindly url's that are now starting to pick up traffic from google.

Their are 1307 games that have been added by me at the moment and are all categorized (all though the categories are editable.)

The traffic is low at the moment. Which honestly is the only reason that this site hasn't taken off compltely as yet. A similar site has just been featured at techcrunch.

See attached screenshot for full traffic details. I have spent $30 so far for a plug on leenks.com apart from that nothing has been spent on promotion.
It gets around 1000 uniques per month.

Revenue is pretty much none existent right now. Over the period that the site was featured on leenks.com (3 days) it earnt around $10.

The site is quite deep so questions would probably be best. I am going to upload some screenshots of the top level admin and you can log into an example member account via the site with the details ;
