Selling Unique Forum, Great Design, vBulletin License included

Hey Guys,

Well after a long time of working on this site, I have decided it is time to let it go, I have spent a lot of time on the design, and building the member database, unfortunately I am at university and dont have the time to dedicate to this lovely site.

Revenue
I have been using adsense (making roughly $10-$15/month) although this does vary alot, I have also been selling banners and links on the forum, in total this has brought in $50 of revenue, although this does vary every month, and really does depend on how hard you try with the forum. I am sure you could make $100+/month with this forum, but I simply don't have the time anymore to build it up to that.

What do you get?
I will transfer the domain to you, and all site files, you receive everything. I can assist you in transferring the sites if you wish.
I also have a number of plans on how to build the forum up even more, I will be more than happy to help out for up to 3 months after the sale to make sure everything is running smoothly for you etc. The vBulletin license is also included but it has expired so you wont receive free updates!

I looked at the site but the forum is showing that it does not have any new posts. Why is that?

 

What are you talking about?

 

There is a key to the bottom of the site which guides you to see if there are new posts or no new posts, When I looked at the key then at the forum, all the forums have the "no new posts" icon next to them.

 

Content king i do love the type of forum it is. Very good for helping younger people get into the business world

You can't see new posts as you're not logged into the forum.

NickR25: If you read my original post, I simply have no time for the forum, which is why I am selling it, it has basically been left to run itself for the last month or so, and yet it is still achieving $20 through adsense. If you sold a few banners, and did some link exchanges you'd see the traffic fly up and the earnings also follow suit! but if you have nothing more useful to add to the thread then please don't spam it up.
