    Well, unfortunately I have run out of the time required to run this website, and I am looking to sell it at a reasonable price.

    You can browse the entire website through the link in my signature.

    It has:
    -Youtube downloader
    -Online photo editor
    -Adsense sharing module
    -Full admin backend
    -MD5 Ban system
    -Manage/delete/password files
    -File is uploaded to as many mirrors as your define
    -Some mirrors can use your account (more $$$ from hotfile/easyshare)

    Hosting is PAID for till 2 Jan 2011.

    I am currently getting $6 month from adsense/adbrite.

    Also an advertising space for $4/month has been reserved for an upcoming blog.

    I will PM you traffic stats if you ask for it.

    There is no minimum price, you make an offer, I hope to get a reasonable offer within the next 2 days or so.

    I added an adsense sharing module, an account option for easy-share and improved the design vastly.

    I'll PM you stats. At the moment, it's going to need around 60gb b/w a month for a while. (Hosting is paid for till 2/Jan 2010).
    Right now it can run on shared, but you probably want a VPS or dedicated down the track.
