Selling UNIQUE Facebook app (Cocktail Reciepes) You Get FULL RIGHTS

This is one of my first facebook app creations: Cocktail Recipes
I made the app a few months ago when i first got into developing facebook apps, the app is not in an overpopulated niche so should be easy to promote

it has been approved in the facebook directory and has 44 MAU's, 174 total users and 35 fans

With the app you get full rights, ive never sold the script or really done any promotion of the app, i had plans to further develop it but have too much other work and would rather sell this on to someone that can use it either "as is" develop it further, or use it as a turnkey script for resale

It has viral features where as users can post a recipe to their wall and friends homepage, you can rate the recipes and even add a profile box to display a random cocktail recipe on your profile page

the script can be monetized using any facebook ad network like cubic ads, ive made a $1 since the app went live, but there isnt much traffic at the moment, this would grow with more users to the app

If bought at BIN price i will include a cocktail recipe fan page with over 1000 fans that can be used for marketing/promoting the app.

dont forget your get full rights so if you choose to sell copies of the app you can easily make the BIN price back with a few sales of the script.

Transfer:
Once payment is made i need to add you as a friend on facebook, then i can add you as the developer and send you all the files, once you have uploaded them to your server and made the necessary changes you can then remove me as developer and do what you want with the script

i removed the app when i moved server and there seemed little interest in it so i didnt bother uploading it to the new server, if you are interested in making me a good offer for the script let me know and i will upload it again so you can view it
