Unique established website, $xxx monthly earnings

I'm listing one of my favorite sites here just to see if there is any interest.

Another (much smaller) site that runs a similar script is included in the sale to preserve the uniqueness of the script.

Combined Adsense earnings for both sites for the past 6 months:
March: $218.21
April: $305.68
May: $448.84
June: $419.61
July: $178.73
August: $271.41

Some more info:
Traffic: about 500 unique visitors per day
Age: 2 years old
Pagerank: PR3, but predicted PR for ePrintable.com is 5 (iwebtool)

Site is custom coded and maintenance-free, it basically runs itself and I haven't added any new content since its launch.

Earnings in May were a bit higher than usual because it was listed as Cool Site of the Day on www.coolsiteoftheday.com.
Such spikes happen every now and then when a popular website picks it up. July is traditionally low because of the holidays.

Price: looking for something between mid to high $x,xxx. It may be high for some, but like I said, this is one of my favorite sites and I don't really need to sell, so this is what the site is worth to me.
My reserve price is a bit higher than for most of the sites that are selling here, but I think it's quite reasonable for the following reasons:
- unique
- fairly stable traffic
- revenue and traffic statistics are available for the 2 years the site has been around
- maintenance-free
- potential: you can expand the site by providing other printable products. Also, the site has very little text, if more content was added it could greatly improve search engine traffic.
- not monitized optimally: right now 100% earnings are from Adsense.
- timeless: sites about celebrities or products can grow obsolete, but I can see this site still be relevant a few years from now.

To those who asked: I've placed those Azoogle ads a few days ago, so far they aren't generating any revenue yet, so it's all Adsense.
