I have a site with a search bar on the home page. below the bar are two links: latest searches and popular searches.

Both lead to pages and pages of 10 links each, where each link is a past search term and a corresponding informational paragraph. For example:

    site.com/popularSearches.php?start=30 may look like:

    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword1>keyword1</link> [info paragraph]
    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword2>keyword2</link> [info paragraph]
    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword3>keyword3</link> [info paragraph]

    site.com/latestSearches.php?start=30 may look like:

    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword1>keyword17</link> [info paragraph]
    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword2>keyword2</link> [info paragraph]
    <link site.com/get?keyword=keyword3>keyword39</link> [info paragraph]

But if you take ALL the pages (IE. start = 40, 50, etc) they contain all the same keywords in a different order. Those keywords link to the same things.

Will google hit me for duplicate content for this?

    Try checking it on copyscape.

If they say it's a copy, Big G probably will too.
