Website script - Unique as I programmed myself ( How it works I can explain in PM if really interested in buying)

Website visitors - As the website is not advertised anywhere it has only few visitors a day...

Website design - As I am designer I made an unique design to this website!

I am selling , because I am moving to another host... And I have no time to advertise it...

so if you have programmed it yourself.. and the functions and idea is the same.. its the same layout just different colour template.. the only thing YOU have "programmed" is the template colours?
