Unique & Developed SEO Resource

I am looking to sell my website SEO Crawl, I'll be honest - It hasnt done that well to date and it has just been laying around. I havent updated it much (apart from the directory) and it receives about 10 unique visitors a day.

It has been picking up traffic and I personally love the design, I think it could really do well if you wrote some quality articles and posted them. I have coded some basic php forms for adding articles and news. I paid a few hundred for the design and articles but I havent had time to develop it beyond that. Assume no revenue, there might have been the occasional click but nothing worth mentioning.

If you want to break into the SEO market I think this website would give you a good basis for doing so, at present its just stagnating though. Its been online for about 2 months I think. Any questions or requests are welcome. Im selling it for a fraction of what I paid for everything, but I have bills to pay.

I'll be happy to give the new owner some pointers, SEO is quite a big market and the payouts are meant to be good. Especially for some of these large specialist SEO firms. I do have a fair reserve in mind, dont be afraid to bid because I will probably take any reasonable offers. I reserve the right not to sell at any time.
