    Im selling a very popular portuguese forum with unique content, it is a a students community.

    It receives more than 400000 hits a month and around 10000 unique visitors. More than 90% of traffic is organic and comes from google.

    The forum has more than 3000 unique registered members with all their personal info inside.

    The website is a PR2, has more than 4000 links on search engines, is listed on google directory.

    It is established for more than 3 years and 3 months.

    I never tried to monetize the website i hope you can do that, im sure it will be very much profitalbe.
