I will never sell the content within this site again. The purchaser gets the domain name, the unique design and free hosting for a year. All rights to the content pass to the new owner to do whatever he/she wishes.

Whatadeals, I hear what you're saying, but you've got to look at the long term potential. I'm giving you everything you need to make this site fly. Keywords, a better template, source articles. With a bit of effort this niche pays really well.

All I'm going to be out of reach camping for two days. I'll pick up the action on Sunday and hopefully we'll get some good bidding by then.

Just to sweeten the deal, Instead of one template I'm going to through in identical templates in 5 different colors.

All convert 50% of visitors into clickthroughs on adsense. In fact this one:
