    This site is a 12 article content site with no revenue. The domain expires on Sun 05/25/2008.

    I wrote all these articles myself and ran copyscape checks. Keyword / competition research was done to ensure that this site could rank for its keywords very quickly.

    Included with the site download will be two wordtracker keyword lists relevant to the niche.

    442 keywords, 1 list sorted by KEI, the other sorted alphabetically

    Domain was registered using namecheap, and I will only to transfer to namecheap.

    Auction will end on Tuesday May 29th at 12 noon EST (12:00pm est).

    Minimum Bid: 50$
    Increment: 10$
    BIN: 150$

    If you cannot pay via a paypal transfer within 12 hours of acution end (Wednesday 30th midnight est) site will be offered to next highest bidder. Do not bid if you cannot meet this requirement please.
