I'm selling a content site that I've created at http://www.acneanswer.org. This is a completely handwritten site with over 10,000 words and 25 articles all about acne, acne treatments and acne related topics. Please feel free to check out the site to see what I'm offering.

The search term "acne treatment" gets searched over 3900 times per day, while this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available and many of the site’s pages were written for those keywords.

This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.

why wont you transfer to other registrars?

 

I don't think he can anyway? after all, a transfer has to be from another person to start with If we're talking "he won't accept a transfer to another registrar from the buyer" then we have a real question, after all it would be no cost to him, and transfers in/ out of Namecheap are a pleasure.....but then I ask another question, why would you want to host your domains with anyone other than namecheap?
