    A lot of factors go into ranking at the top for your keywords....

    #1 - Quality Unique Content
    #2 - Everything else

    So, that person that's ranking #1 out of 422,000,000 million is definitely doing a lot of other things to get there.

    Heya, read my first post in this thread about this. The site in question has NO quality content, the grammar is horrible, and it's only a 1 page salespage(with a broken link at the bottom of the page). It's NEVER updated, I've been checking almost every day for going on 3 weeks now.

    It has 2 links(numerous times) on the salespage, both of which are aff. links, 1 to clickbank, 1 to sponsored tweets.

    It's keyword spammy etc well heck, just read my first post in this thread about it. It's a horrible site and I don't see how it could get #1 spot is all I'm saying.

    Two things he or she did right were: (1) put the keywords "make money twitter" in the title tag and (2) in the domain name. Those two things in combination are a pretty potent combo for rankings.
