Why are you selling this site?
Having a clear out of sites, this is a unique site linking to a well known (by word of mouth) bit of freeware. However the software does not have its own site, So i created the site which links to it.. It is maturing well to be picked up on search terms when people look the software up.

Its a fairly simple, easy to use and clean template running wordpress which some clever link adverts - they have made some revenue but nothing to shout about YET - but thats where the new owner can take this one an build it more.

The hard work has been done - its now nearly 2 years old and settling in with some good backlinks too!

Genuine reason for sale, cleaning out otherwise i would keep it - totally unique.
