This site has 55 pages of Unique content all html. Not to be confused with free articles that you can grab from anywhere.

Not one page on this site is general free stuff. My company has written all 55 pages which comprises of 30 pages of general cancer explanations and 25 unique articles. All of this content is extensive and unique. It has also been written with SEO in mind and extremely keyword rich.

Being brand new it has minimal visitors but the few it does receive are coming from search terms, which is why we wrote it the way it is, no logos, no graphics just straight text. I have also put in place a few adsense blocks which have also started to bring the odd click.

Overview - This site has been developed with SEO in mind and if you can market it a little further it will do the rest. Google ads are exactly on song with the content.

Reasons - Its not my subject but I acknowledge it could be someone elses. Also the old one that I have no time to develop it.

Auction starting price $200 - Will go to the highest bidder.

Very clean site. Do you have an idea how long the auction will run?

 

I want to bid but the starting price looks little higher for fresh new site. May be you can lower it a little bit.

There are 55 pages of unique authoritive researched content and I don't think $200 is a high starting price. To have unique content written would cost you $10 per 250 words (by my company anyway) so you can work that out yourself. I will not let it go for silly figures.

I did not say that the price of the site is less than $250. I may be much more. What all I said was to reduce the starting price. You can also keep a reserve price if you like. But to let the bids coming, lowe price would be better.

Is copyright of the articles transferred to the new owner of the site?

Do you have a BIN price in mind?

 

Copyright will be transferred as I have not sold these articles anywhere nor duplicated them so the new owner get exclusively to do as you wish.

Will probably set a BIN when I get an idea of interest.
