Unique Bloggers Directory - Please Review

I have come out with a unique directory where i would be featuring all the bloggers from the WWW. The site is still under Beta stage so you might come across some bugs, please report them.
Kindly review the site and let me know what changes could be made in terms of aesthetics, content and functionality.

Wow - awesome content. Some links take you away from your blog without a way back like Amit Agarwal link to labnol.org/. Just an observation.
