Selling Unique Blog, 800+ uniques/month, $200/month from adsense/clickbank - CHEAP

I'm looking for a quick sale, the site has already earnt me over $200 since opening, mainly over the last month (More traffic from SE's), usually the sites monthly revune x 10 is the rough amount the site is worth, so going by that the site is worth $2,000, but I've set the BIN to 300 and the starting bid to $50.00

Check the site out, everything is unique + you can use/sell, including the product (pdf + original) and to be honest, this site could just sit and make money, over 40% of the traffic is from SE's and there are tons of first page rankings, dancing for loads of keywords etc.

It's a sure investment, I'm simply looking for a quick sale.

I have a difficult time believing this website is earning anywhere near $200 a month. Can you provide proof of earnings?

Also, its a bit fishy how the title says $200/month and in the listing you put $150/month. Which is it?

This is quite interesting indeed. I cant wrap my mind around this. Domain registered in Feb 28th 2011 and already at 863K alexa? And site is making $200 a month with this content within this short period? Why would you even sell a site that's earning you this much? Am I missing something?

You do realize that a 1% CTR, on 800 unique visitors, is only 8 clicks. This implies over $15.00 per click. Do you see where our confusion is coming from now?

 

I barely earn anything with adsense, we're talking a couple of clicks per day, the primary income is clickbank.

 

How much from clickbank and how consistent is this rev?

 

And can we get screen shot proof of said clickbank revenue?

 

Sorry, but this sound suspicious for me...Why the hell you want to sell this kind of website so cheap? I am interested but want to see an earning proof first.
