I received few articles from britishcolumbian. Gave him a bigger project and paid an advance of $40. The mutually agreed delivery date was 21st Feb. He missed it and asked for another 24 hours. Now its more than 5 days over the delivery date and I still don't have the articles. Actually, he has stopped replying to my messages/emails now. So, all this makes me believe that Mr. Bill Shukin of bcwrites.com with PayPal Email: is a scam. I'll update this thead if I receive articles or refund from him in next few days.
