I'm just wondering, since it's a custom CMS, how you planning on transferring the database? What kind of programming language involved here in case if I would like to change the template?

 

Transferring the database is not a problem, i will help you to transfer complete site to your server with DB and everything.
Template can be easily edited or changed you just need to know basic CSS, as the designed is completely CSS based to make site run smooth.

There are no expenses whatsoever everything has been done and paid-up.

Well from backend one can mange all users,approve or unapprove any article and manage site settings.And for security reasons i cannot give access to anyone except the buyer himself.

Yes,as i have already mentioned at the time when i was using adwords to promote the site i got great ROI and some users so that boost in earning was due to adwords, and now directory is getting consistent article submissions and earning around $0.25-1/daily without any kind of paid promotion.
