Few questions:

• The games are surely developed by somebody else and copyrighted. Isn't that technically illegal?
• You only have a few users. When was this application first released?
• It doesn't seem to be working right now. Are you currently working on it? When should we check back again?

 

Just my two pennorth, most arcade sites use games developed by others , they love you to have them on your sites they get their brand advertised . Wish i could get my game on loads of sites!!!!

2) This is a new application. Fresh release, hasn't been submitted to directory, promoted, or anything.
3) My VPS currently is down, waiting on my hosting company for it to come back up. I'll post here when it's available again.

Just so you know if you don't own the copyright to all of your games then your application will be removed from facebook very soon.

 

That is not true in the least. I've seen several arcades running on Facebook with various games from various sites for very long time without any problems. Also, as I must note AGAIN (stated in the thread), this is for the sale of the script, not the game package, its included free - you choose to use it or not.

You should check facebook terms then, I've been a developer for 2 years and an arcade app was the first app I made.


Spoken to developer lawyers about it, may even have an email buried somewhere.

Thanks for your input, however I have done some research myself and found it a safe niche, or else I wouldn't have continued development, check the hundreds of arcades operating on Facebook.

Anyway, script still up for sale.
