About me: I live in the UK and have been writing for years. I have a degree in Philosophy and History, calling for high standards and an eye for detail – not to mention perfect grammar and spelling.

    Cost and Terms:
I am currently working for the rate of $0.025 per word. Payment is to be made via PayPal with at least 50% to be paid up front.

If you wish to see whether my writing is for you take a look at my iTrader feedback as well as some of the comments I received when I first starting writing here (see this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=990986).

**Please note that my rates are very low for quality written articles that take time to write. If you are looking for work at $0.01 per word or even less, then I am afraid I’m not the writer for you.

    Types of Writing:
In the past my writing has been focused on articles and blog posts. I am happy to do short articles, longer pieces, list pieces, tutorials and so on. My native language is English (UK) but I am happy to write in US English for you.

Whilst I can write based around your keywords if required, the articles will always read naturally and can either be in a conversational or formal tone. I will also do rewrites if necessary.

Topics: If your topic is not on the list I am quite accustomed to researching new topics online, though will never accept a job I am not confident about (this mainly includes technical topics).
    ~ History
    ~ Health (non-technical)
    ~ ‘Green Living’
    ~ Travel
    ~ Women’s Issues
    ~ Philosophy

    ~ Blogging
    ~ Self Improvement

    Experience:

If you want more information about my experience you can email me and I will forward you a copy of my writing CV. Chat or email me at rp605[at]live.com.

    Blogging –
I currently write for two different blogs posting either five or seven times a week. I post the articles directly to the blogs through the Wordpress dashboard. I am also working on creating several of my own blogs from scratch, including search engine optimization, Wordpress installation, template customization and marketing.

    Articles –
I have sold hundreds of articles both on and off Digital Point for private sellers. These are ghost-written so I do not include samples, though please see other samples below. [These were in various fields including health, travel, technology, green living, beauty, fashion, blogging, pregnancy, fitness and more.]
My articles have been used in article directories, for Squidoo lenses, in-depth essays and reviews.

    Turnaround:
I will spend time on your article to make sure it meets my high standards, and turnaround time will be discussed before the product begins. I guarantee to meet your deadlines for an original, well-researched article and will often be able to finish you work before this deadline.

Contact: Feel free to reply to this thread, send me a PM or email/ add me to MSN Messenger using this address: rp605[at]live.com.

Excerpt from a review of the film ‘Downfall’:

    […]
The audience is left feeling sorry for leading Nazis who had to battle with Hitler as to what was the right thing to do; figures like Goebbels and his wife who supported him to the very end, and also Hitler and his new bride Eva Braun (not to mention to personal story of his secretary, Traudl Junge). The film has been criticized for perhaps doing an injustice to the victims who suffered under Hitler’s regime by downplaying the evil motives of his actions. Yet I would like to argue that the real injustice would be to write Hitler and the Nazi regime off as an historical anomaly. The film shows that Hitler was a human, and we must remember that in order to learn the true lessons of the Holocaust and to honour its victims.

Excerpt from ‘10 Ways to Help you Deal with Cystitis’

    1. Don’t panic: If you’ve never had cystitis before, it might be unnerving. You will feel like you need to urinate more often, though often you won’t be able to. You may get pains in your back, or in your genital area as well as when you try to pass urine. You may also see blood in your urine. All of this is normal, though most sites recommend that you see a doctor when you see blood.
    2. Doctors: You may feel better if you visit a doctor about cystitis instead of using these self-treatment options, especially if it is your first time or if you have been getting it very regularly. The standard appointment will consist of a doctor testing a urine sample, and prescribing antibiotics in order to get rid of any infection. However, there are many reasons why those experiencing cystitis choose not to use antibiotics (which I won’t go into here), not least the fact that they can render the contraceptive pill ineffective. If this is the case for you, then read on for self-treatment advice.

Excerpt from 5 Practical Reasons Why You Should Define Your Style 439 words
    Published at http://www.styleontoast.com
    1) Save the Planet: We can’t all change the world on our own. But you could start doing your bit by defining your style. You will waste less, you will be more aware and you will start looking for bargains in your local stores, charity shops and vintage shops. You need to have a goal in mind to be an eco-friendly shopper, so start by defining your style!

    2) Money: Isn’t this something we are all thinking about at the moment? Just think about how many purchases you have made in the past that were a complete waste of time and money. Have you ever even worn those crazily tight jeans? Did you really need another green pair of shoes that were almost identical to your seven others?

We all make purchase mistakes sometimes, and most of the time they are hard to resist. Often it is difficult to tell how items will look when hanging on a rack, or whether they will go with the rest of our wardrobe. But start defining your style today and these choices will seem much more obvious. Think of all the money you could save and spend on that perfect bag that will go with all of your outfits!

Why Anxiety Is Natural 257 words

    Published at http://www.anxietyhour.com

    Symptoms of Anxiety
Everyone has experienced anxious feelings at some point in their lives. The most common feeling is ‘butterflies’ in the stomach, making you feel a little strange and perhaps hearing your heart beat more strongly than it normally would.

Some people may also start to sweat, almost as if they had just been exercising. All of these feelings combined can be pretty unnerving and can make you feel like there might be something wrong, or you may recognize the feeling as simple nervousness.

    When Do We Experience Anxiety?

But anxiety is natural. It is a feeling everyone experiences. Anxiety can happen for different reasons including:
    • Going on a date
    • Meeting people we have never met before
    • Speaking in public
    • Accepting an award
    • Waiting for an exciting event
    • Waiting for results of a test
    • Taking a test
    • And anything in life that we might be stressed about.

Why Does Anxiety Affect Me So Much If It Is Normal?
First, bear in mind that you may not have a problem with anxiety. If you have been going through a stressful time give yourself a break and remember that you are only human. Anyone else would probably feel exactly the same as you if they were faced with a similar situation.

However, if you feel that anxiety is making your day-to-day life hard, it is impairing certain abilities, making you lose concentration and so on then it could be you have an anxiety disorder, or simply that you are over-stressed.
