    You're left hanging? No...you placed your order on November 13th. Your order is set to be completed by November 20th. That's 5 business days, and you were informed of that when you ordered.

    I think it was you that filed the dispute on Paypal? Your order still has 2 1/2 days to be completed, but you file a dispute midway through?

    Hmmph. Do you want the articles or the money? I'm not giving you both. You can send me a message about this, or I'll just refund you and move on. But, honestly, do you think it was right for you to file a dispute BEFORE your order was even supposed to be completed?

    Camay123 - I ordered articles on the same day as you and to have filed a dispute with paypal this early is a bit much.

    I have not received my articles either but he did say there was a time frame in which he would perform.

    I placed an order, and i just got the first 5 of our order about 12 hours ago. THE BEST quality of the articles on DP, it's unbelievable no mistakes, nothing, i don't have to bother editing the articles at all use them just how they are delivered looking forward to the rest.

    This will be my only post regarding this, since we have come to an agreement that I would be refunded.

    I place an order. I was told I would received my articles 10 at a time and monday morning I was told that I would received my first articles monday night, since its computer was attack by a virus which destroyed everything he had.

    Comes monday night. Nothing. I PMed and emailed no response. I added him to yahoo mesenger, nothing. He didnt logged in the forum till today, right after I placed a dispute on the transaction. No communication at all nor articles yet delivered and he wont still deliver the first ones.. I am a very reasonnable person, but when someones doesnt deliver and doesnt communicate in any form, even so to tell me, or explain, I want my stuff. money or articles.

    The dispute mechanism in paypal is to force the seller to communicate. Then if communication is still not giving results, the buyer can file and escalate to a complaint. I may have been quick to dispute it, but still just a dispute and I got what the dispute is for, communication.

    He told me that he would check with is writer since is writer did not send me the articles. but I was ask to immediatly remove the dispute since it was a miscommunication. I said no, because if I close the dispute, I have no recourse left whatsoever. I offered to wait till friday for my articles then close the dispute, but he said he doesnt want this haning on him so he will refund me. I was told I would get a refund in approximatly 24hrs. I ask why not now..... because the money is allready transfering to his bank account and he doesnt want to risk the payment being cancelled.

    He then proceeded to accuse me of calling him names, like liar and what not. I closed the discussion then.

    If I get my quality articles or my money, I will once again post here to make amends.

    How dare you come here and twist my words! I said that I'd send the refund in 24 hours. Your money has already been held....that's what happens when you dispute......

    Yes, I have a pending bank transfer and I do not wish that it be canceled over this incident. I told you that once I see that my bank transfer is complete, I will refund the payment that has already been held from my funds.

    I don't wish to business with you especially now considering the mockery you are trying to make of me. You'll get your refund without a doubt. I'm going to check Paypal now to see the status.

    I don't know why I bothered to try and resolve this with you in the first place. I should have known better considering that you placed a dispute even before your order was set to be due!

    Sorry to butt in, but if his computer was really attacked by a virus, hence the lost of his files and therefore your supposed finished articles as well, he couldn't possibly finish all his commitments with his clients - including you - at the estimated time he gave you although he only had good intentions. It's like encountering an error on your computer while typing and you had to reboot and redo your work. It happened a few times to me and it's very frustrating and disgusting. Fortunately, I only lost my own file/s and wasn't yet into content writing then to worry about what QualitySEO had experienced if indeed it happened.

    My point is, let's not be quick to making disputes as is the case now with you and the OP. But you did it already and i know you got reasons...at least you gave the person the benefit of the doubt and waited for a few more days before making that action. You can always file a complaint with Paypal when the allowance has expired and you feel you're right about it and, boy, 100% you are. I just feel sad that business relationships have to be marred or destroyed for lack of patience OR communication.

    So I adhere to my fellow content providers, to always make an open communication with the client no matter what your circumstances are - whether your house was burned and so were the files, or your were kidnapped by an alien for 3 days...doesn't matter as long as you let them know you wouldn't be able to make it to the deadline because of things "beyond" your human super power to control. If your client is a human, too, I think he would understand, though reluctantly. :p Just make sure to DELIVER the product, or, if not, REFUND the client.

    Practicing good manners and proper courtesy, are the keys to good human relationships. Any business won't thrive without it no matter how good your product or service is.

    To our customers, treat us well, too. We're not just after your money. :)

    Hope Camay and QualitySEO will see it in their hearts to make amends with each for their shortcomings. We all have.

    To be fair to Camay, I am also having issues with QualitySEO.

    I paid for the service in this thread on 6th November but no work and no response to numerous e-mails (or indeed, to my PayPal dispute).
