    Hello

    I'm selling a content site that I've created at http://www. RealEstateNarrative.Com
    This is a completely handwritten site with 21 unique articles all about real estate and related topics. The photos on the site were taken by me and copyright to those photos also goes to the winning bidder. Please feel free to check out the site to see what I'm offering.

    The search term "real estate" gets searched over 22,638 times per day. While this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available and many of the site’s pages were written for those keywords such as:

    “real estate agent” 2,963 per day
    “real estate attorney” 2,840 per day
    “real estate investment” 1,543 per day
    “real estate appraisal” 1,297 per day

    This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

    I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

    This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.

    The site is brand new and the domain was just registered on April 19 2007, so it is not ranking for any search terms yet.
