I'm selling a content site that I've written at http://www.diabetessigns.net. This is a completely handwritten site that I wrote myself, with over 10,000 words - a total of 20 articles all about "Diabetes" and related topics. Please feel free to check out the site to see what I'm offering.

The search term "Diabetes" gets searched over 8,000 times per day, while this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available.

This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

The domain name was registered last month, so you get almost a year.

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.
