I'm selling another content site that I've written at http://www.bahamasbreeze.net. This is a completely handwritten site that I wrote myself, with over 10,000 words - a total of 21 articles all about "The Bahamas" and related topics. Please feel free to check out the site to see what I'm offering.

The search term "Bahamas" gets searched over 3000 times per day, while this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available.

This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

The domain name was registered last month, so you almost get a year.

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

Seems like this site is using a Free CSS template from http://www.minimalistic-design.net, but the designers copyright links have been removed. Not a good idea IMHO.

 

Thanks for pointing it out honey but I didnt see anywhere on their site that it's necessary to link back. And the design is "open source" which means I can modify it the way I want.
