Uninstalling A Mod On VBulletin

When trying to uninstall the modification, it gives you this note:

Could not find product with productid = .

The coder will give you the following reason to ask VB...

"You see this is not a problem with mod functionality - this is problem with vB functionality. Thos mod has empty uninstallcode section - whatever bad happens during uninstall it happens because of vB code."

So then I ask VB and they tell me it's not VB that it's the mod and to ask the coder.

Well then I tell the coder this and he tells me there's nothing he can do since it's not on his forum or some crap.

Can someone please help me out here? This mod is interfering with a few things and starting to get irritating.

but if the uninstall code is empty then it would be of no use  try to communicate with other users who have this mod installed and they could help you better.

    Hello..
can you please tell us modification that you are trying to remove..
if you are good at mysql you can do it easily in php myadmin ( HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING)

Yeah by removing the mod tables via phpmyadmin but if u delete the other forum tables by mistake u could end up in a mess. i would still suggest u talk to the members who have that mod installed in their forums.
