I have hired someone to install vBulletin and he has disappeared. There were few things that were not working. What I would like to do is to uninstall and install vBulletin correctly. All I have is vBulletin information, no db info nor anything else. I also need a banner script to be implemented in the top right hand-side. Please PM with rates. Should be done within 30 minutes.
