Hello, everyone ... just heard about Digital Point, which is perhaps odd since I've been in the web design business since 2005. At any rate, it sounded like a good place to contribute as well as learn, so here I am. My name is Tim, I live in the Nashville area, and I married into 7 children and then added 2 more. Let's just say I'm busy. Thanks for letting me come aboard.
Welcome in -- Already 'into it' with you on a thread, but figured SOMEONE should give you a welcome response. I'm the local jackass who disagrees with everyone on just about everything, since IMHO the "progress" of the past 4 to 5 years is undoing the decade worth of progress before it... which isn't surprising since most people making websites never pulled their heads out of 1997's backside -- or WORSE, learned from broken garbage resources of the same ilk. 9 rugrats? Ouch... and to think I get stressed taking care of 1 cat
Thanks, deathshadow. Yes, I'll disagree with you (for the most part) regarding HTML5. But that's not to say there aren't people misusing it just as badly as they misused HTML4.
It's impressive you got deathshadow out of his shell. He is usually so shy about sharing his opinions. ;D
