Guyzz plzz help me. Every time i try to pay on ebay this message pops up " Unfortunately, the funding source within your PayPal account was declined ". I contacted paypal they said my bank (Axis) is blocking the payment they said may you don't have online shopping activated on your account. But i guess online shopping is activated on my account as i used this account for all other online shopping. Also i activated NETSECURE on Axis bank account after i verified my Debit card on paypal account.(hope thid doesn't have to do any thing with above) . Can any one guide me though this plzzz.
same problem with me except i am trying to buy stuff here x22cheats.com, rentacheat.com, fpscheats.com etc. Paypal says my bank declining transaction while Axis bank says cannot comment as they have no tie up with paypal and that axis is not declining anything.
