I am Using manageflitter{dot}com its easy and fastest service to unfollow who are Not following you ..

 

Twitter tool that will let you unfollow people who are not following you..But it seems the more people you follow, the more tweets you can miss in that

Use a follow tracker app like Friend Check (http://www.saviapps.com/friendcheck/). These types of apps analyze all of you followings and followers and shows you who's not following back, along with all sorts of other info like inactive users, famous users, influential users, spammy users, etc. It's a great tool for managing and growing your accounts.

 

You have to track the important tweets. Obviously, if you’re running a Promoted Trend or Promoted Tweet, it helps if you have some kind of news, product launch, or associated event.
