    I started a new project for web hosting company but buyer stopped answering me , so i am selling the site...

    not sure why you are being so hostile over a $15 theme from themforest, and I cant see anything different between your and the generic template. What he asked you was a fair and reasonable question, and you could easily have told him if you had the relevant whmcs theme for this template was to be included or not.
    I would interpret his question to asking if the whmcs template was to be included, and or if a knowledgebase was to be included or setup or anything.

    Additionally, for many members here, english is not their first language. Anyone seeing your reply might actually expect that is going to be included in the sale.

    OK, so now one of my clients has apparently looked at this thread and is interested in the project, so I need like to ask the following:
    Is this all about the THEME or about the Affiliate deal?

    I say this because of the above comment by matt_62 :

    I am afraid that I do not use Skype, so the options are to respond here or to try and contact me in some other way.

    I am afraid that it would be a heinous crime here on the DP for me to say as to any more about the said options!
