yup, gives me a 404 error too. I also tried it with http but the same error, so I wouldn't recommend it. I've used GoDaddy so I'd recommend that.
Actually those type of link is just reseller of godaddy. Similar like my signature. No problem to buy. You will get better deal.
You are better off using a coupon with Namecheap and get a $7.95 domain with free Whois Guard. You know who you are dealing with and it is easy to manage your domain.
Exactly. The prices arent that different, but the service and quality is. Success Tips http://SucceedWithThis.com
It's a GoDaddy reseller. You will get GoDaddy support & service at a reduced price. It's great deal if you want your domains at GoDaddy.
Sorry all, the exact address should be www securepaynet.net/gdshop/rhp/default.asp?prog_id=271324&ci=1767&myaurl=%252fdefault.aspx&se=%252b&= May i know what does free Whois Guard means?
It's a godaddy reseller, as other people already told. Anyway, you can get .coms for 6.95$ at GoDaddy too, just look for a running coupon Whois Guard is privacy protection: people search about your domain in the whois and find informations provided by the registrar that hide your private ones (name, email, phone, etc...). This mainly to avoid your mail the spam risk...
If you're looking for the cheapest domains, you can have .COMs for $5.99 with 1and1.com and I think they are a trusted registrar. And every 1&1 domain account comes with free private domain registration (Whois Guard), too.
Well, you can get .com domains for 4.95 at Netfirms but don't ever buy hosting from them because they suck. Just keep the domains for a few weeks and transfer them to Namecheap or somewhere else. I've bought domains for 5$ and transferred to Namecheap after about 2 months for 8.88 a year (with Whoisguard free), so in the end I have the domain for 14$, for two years.
I wouldn't trust a no name registrar or reseller. It's not worth the risk. I've known people who have lost domains because of poor service and bad companies.
