Unfair warning from D.P. admins

    To D.P. forum admins,

    Today I saw that someone gave me a warning with "Bumping Thread" reason for my post from http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=5630807

    This is so unfair!

    I am a simple buyer, interested in giving feed-backs to those who I am buying from and for the benefit of other D.P. users, so this is the reason
    why I wrote in the thread: "Payment was made and info was sent via P.M. Thank you!".

    In my opinion, my review will be relevant for other D.P. users only if they can read that I placed an order.

    I have no interest in "bumping" any thread and I found profoundly regrettable that someone give warnings with such ease, without any interest
    in finding if I that post was made with bad faith or not...

    I am very disappointed!!!

    I got one for saying pm sent to awhile back.. too in BST
    And in no way or manner was i purposely bumping a thread.

    Its no big deal and im not upset but in my humble opinion A warning in the thread would have been more productive then an infraction.

    Then others like me would know we cant say pm sent to let some one know weve pmed them.
    Also i got one for posting a thread in the google catagory that i had noticed my page rank jumped 2 notches over night.

    They said i should have posted it in the other bigger thread about page rank.
    Both kind of hurt my feelings because i love dp alot and enjoy it alot..

    But i kind of understand the mods point of view too Its a big board and not easy to manage im sure they do the best they can.
    But perhaps mabye they could consider warnings inside the threads 1 time before an all out infraction.
    Cause some of us get them for trying to be friendly or helpfull and dont realy know that its not allowed.

    Im just glad to be here and i know the mods do the best they can 1 or 2 infractions is no biggie they know whos being bad or not its just their way of letting us know whats not allowed i guess:)

    Yes, I second that.

    Same situation here as I love & respect D.P.

    Yes, but they should be opened to listen the other side, too.
    As the situation is now: I was judged without having the opportunity to defend myself.
