Unfair Infraction!

Hi, I have received a really unfair infraction. Basically I have created a Freebies topic in the Freebies Forum which was very similar to this topic here:

It had my referral link like the topic above and I was going to pay members to signup under it, it took me quite a while to create the post and it got deleted and I got an infraction for it.

Whats unfair? Well the fact that there's other similar posts and they don't get no infractions and their posts have not been deleted like the one above.
It's not an affiliate link that I posted but a referral.

The infraction is private so I don't even know who its from .

I request to either remove the infraction and bring my topic back up because this is really unfair or delete this topic: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=776139
And give that person an infraction....

1. You have no idea who does or who doesn't get infractions.
2. Affiliate links are not allowed.

 

And all referral links and masked links are treated as affiliate links. Read all the rules and stickies before posting. Assuming you can do something b/c someone else wasn't caught before isn't going to do you any good.
