Unexplained Google Adsense Earnings

Sometimes on my Adsense reports I get something like a penny like if I check it after midnight. I don't understand where the money comes from because it doesn't show any click throughs. On top of that it can't be CPM revenue because I don't get 1000 impressions that early in the morning.

 

lol, yeah that is odd...well why would you argue though?? It's a free penny!

 

I wish I knew though so that I can get more free pennies.

 

Yay! I earned $0.02 from 50 impressions. I know thats not a lot, but impressions are easier to get then clickthroughs.

 

It could be DP if you are using the revenue sharing.

 

I am but it registers as zero clickthroughs. So it must be related to impressions I guess (CPM).

 

Yes it is DP's CPM ads.

I daily aveage a 0.20$ for DP's CPM ads.

Sometimes i also get some Good Clicks in DP too.

 

but how do you know it's DP's CPM ads that's giving the money?

 

With a channel you can know were the earnings are comming from.
If you got no clicks and you have money its CPM (or earnings going up with no more clicks).

 

I sometimes got nothing even though I saw a click on my report. How is it possible?

 

That probably means that the click is not a valid click. Its a cheated click, a click you did, or a click done on someone's computer where your adsense reports were also checked. So if you check your adsense revenue, you can't click your banner or it won't count.
