unexpected increase in pageview

    hi i am running a wp based site and recently got a pr2. And using stats press reloaded plugin to track real time visitor, a week ago i was getting a 200-300
    pageview in a day but from last few day it has jumped to 1900-3000 in a day. is my site is welcoming bad bots or spammers. Currently i m posting via cell phone so not able to post a snap

    I would download Google Analytics and see where the visitors are coming from.

    Right on! Best to check and see where you are getting the traffic from. The huge traffic could be attributed to the high page rank you have. Has you page rank changed since then?
