Unethical Advertiser?

By far Azoogle is the BEST network out there. If you happen to be one of the approved affiliates, this is the best network to be working with. In fact most networks are great.

However not the same can be said about some of the advertisers on these networks. Imagine if you're an advertiser wouldn't you love to get your hands on affiliate's keywords that are making you a profit? I've seen advertisers that stay away from your keywords and advertiser who will be willing to jump on your keywords and wouldn't budge to kick you (affiliate) out the way. Something like this happen to me recently.

An advertiser got hold my keywords and then starting advertising there beside me. Ethical? If you look at grand scheme of things, most of you will say, yes its part of the game but the individual this happened to would think otherwise.

Get over it. Affiliation is no more then just a tool that the advertiser uses to increase his profits, if he can compete with your keywords by paid search, then it's his choice and if he can't find the keywords without the help of his affiliates, then it's very sad. However it's important to understand the game and how it works so that one day you can be the same advertiser and work your way out by using affiliation as a tool too.

I have. This happened a few weeks ago. I'm just doing what I think is right by writing about it instead keeping quiet. I also understand this is part of the game. That's why I've moved on because bigger and better things/offers are waiting for me ahead.
