Hi all. I would like to get help regarding withdrawing of a website from Google Penguin and Panda ban.
My situation isn't standard so standard recommendation that are usually used in such cases will not fit.

The site which came under Google filters is a popular and one of the most authoritative websites in its niche. For 5 years this website took first places for all requests in its topic in Google. Webmasters themselves placed links to this website on their blogs, directories, forums etc. There were no any paid link to this website. But at the end of February of this year traffic has fallen, as it turned out site lost all its position in Goolge. And Google sent to Webmaster Tools an email with suspicion in links purchasing and violating of Google terms. I asked to review their attitude to the site and described in details what is happening. But nothing has changed - the second letter from Google was exactly the same as the first one. No one reads these letters. I heard that sometimes Google gives the list of link that have to be removed to deleted Google sanctions. But in our case - there is no such list. Moreover even if you remover all these links from Google indexing (which by itself isn't so easy task) - soon there will be many new ones. How to solve this problem? Is there any way to contact authorized people from Google who can consider such case? After all, Google Penguin doesn't ban DMOZ.org for the fact that lots of websites link to it with one and the same anchor... of course it's not an exact comparison but the point is exact the same.

It's hard to advise without seeing the site, but for a start, how about adding a nofollow tag to any submitted links?
