    Hi all

Im starting to adsense a bit more seriously with regards to earnings, my new target keyword earns 30p CPC, does this mean that if someone clicks on one of my adsense ads i earn 30p from it or a percentage? or am i completely off the mark???

And you work for Google so you know this for fact?

    Hmm. Source.

Google does not disclose they amount they pay.

And CPC doesn't mean that you will be paid that amount either.

You cannot really measure your cost per click.
I personally had $1.5 per click days and $0.05 at the same website(s) using the same ad space.
I can only assume that it depends on CTR and the GEO targeting (where the visitor who clicked is from).
IF you get a click for "insurance" in Egypt, or the same one from the USA - the payout will be completely different.

    My 2c.

Yes keywords and origin of clicks actually decide the CPC..so no fixed values that you can guess
