Hello, I know I screwed up as I'm 14 and I signed up for a paypal being around 18 or 19 I forget. I have made 420$ and now I want it in real life cash. The deal was to send to my mom's verified paypal (she thinks this is all legal ) and from there she would go to the bank and get the money into cash from her bank account. Well I tried sending money and the paypal bomb exploded on me saying "Your account is limited!" congratulation's paypal! So the reason why it is 'limited' is because I need to do 2 things "Add a credit card and enter your Expanded Use Number" And "Confirm Location" When I click on resolve for both it brings up an add credit card section. I did use a VCC for my paypal by the way. I have the type of paypal account better then the free one but not as high up as business, I forget, and I'm not verified. What I am asking is, is it safe to add my moms bank account or mine even thoe I'm 14 years old lying about my age on paypal? Thanks!
As you said your mom's having verified paypal so if she already added her bank account there in her paypal account then you can't add it to your paypal account.

Edit: I called paypal in the deepest voice I had "You need to add a credit card so we can verify who you are" "So I can't send money till I do that" "No, you need to add a credit card" "How come I was able to send money before" "Well it is based off the balance in your account" Sounds like a load of bologna..

Lol... I got it situated, we used my sisters credit card, they allowe different first names for adding a cc, not last names
