A question for Americans here. As I understand it an American becomes a legal adult at 18 and can then vote, marry, borrow money etc. So, how is it "constitutional" to deny a legal adult the right to buy a beer? I'm surprised this has not been taken to court as a "civil rights" issue.
thats how the laws work, 18 you can do just about anything, but have to be 21 to buy drinks or even drink. but many people know people at stores and can buy drinks even though they are under age and even can be under the 18 age as well
