Under review

    Why are my ads "Under review"? :(, anyone help?

    If You active by Credit Card - they check if Your CC is not a vcc, or was banned by bank after activating in google or was not stolen. It takes up to 2 weeks to check if everything is ok - it depends on the kind of Your bank.

    Ads under review had nothing to do with your cards or payment methods. There are some 'stop words' that will flag ads for manual review and they wont start automatically.
    For quick win you can try adding another ad with misspelling to get around filters. For example isted of 'free ringtones' write 'free ringt0nes'. After manual review (if your ad and website is not agains guidlines) they will approve ad that was under review and block misspelled one ;)

    Your ads are under review either because your account is new or you have included trademarks in your campaign.
