Everyone but the Maid of Honor will be over 21. She won't be 21 until April So, I need some bachelorette party ideas that are risque, but don't include going to a bar. What are some things we could do? This will be this Friday.

Thats a tricky one. I'm sure most places wouldn't mind if only one person is underage though (seen as it's a bachelorette party). But if your not wanting to risk it then there arn't many options of what to do by going out somewhere, best option is have a house party.
